What does a session actually feel like?
Most clients describe it as deeply relaxing — warm, enveloping, and more restorative than a conventional sauna. The temperature is controlled and comfortable. Many people fall asleep. Afterward, most feel a noticeable sense of clarity and lightness within a few hours.
How is this different from a regular or infrared sauna?
A conventional or infrared sauna delivers heat and some detoxification. Do I inhale ozone during the session?
No. Your head remains completely outside the capsule. You breathe normal room air throughout. Ozone is introduced only into the sealed body chamber and absorbed transdermally — through the skin. The capsule is specifically engineered to prevent inhalation.
